considering purchase of a 1999 volvo v70 wagon which states everything works excellent except the power windows i would believe the seller would have tried to fix the problem or is this a expensive fix in labor being the part is not that expensive thank you

If i knew what the problem with the window's were.Is one inop or all of them?The more detail the better.
