1999 Volvo V70
just put a junk yard motor in this- 5 cyl,. front oxygen sensor stays at .5 volts at idle, goes up and down respectively when i pull of a vacuum line or spray in some carb cleaner, so i know the sensor can change. rear sensor moves from about .3 - ,7 volts at idle. what would keep this from going into good fuel control and front sensor osccillating? all other pids seem to be good- closed loop, iat, coolant, etc. any help would be appreciated.
