1998 Volvo V70 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 180000 miles

no power is getting back to fuel pump. checked fuses bought a new fuel pump no power is making it back to the pump and can not figure out why!

You should check the fuel pump relay to start with. It is in the engine compartment location 103
