1998 Volvo V70 All Wheel Drive Automatic 170000 miles

Now and then the Abs Trac off lights come on in the
dash cluster. How can this be fixed?

You need to have it scanned and diagnose to see what is wrong. You could have a bad wheel sensor, maybe a bad hub causing a faulty wheel sensor code or a bad module or abs pump motor? And thats just a few scenarios. So it would be better if you took it in to your local shop or dealership for diagnosing.
