Is the vehicle a 1998 V70?. If yes. All windows are on one fuse # 37 in underdash fuse box located under left hand side of dashboard. If the front are working the rear should be, unless they are locked out?
All models are equipped with power windows. Power window switches are located on respective door panel. Driver's power window is equipped with a one-touch auto-down feature. Depressing driver's power window switch to down position lightly and releasing immediately will cause window to roll all the way down.
Rear door power windows are equipped with a manual lock-out feature. A switch located on power window switch on driver's door controls ability of rear door windows from being operated by rear seat passengers. Turning the switch to ON position enables the rear door power window switches to operate. Turning the switch to OFF position disables the rear door power window switches.
