I am not sure if I understood the question? You feel a thumping sound while turning at low and at high speeds? Check both front axles and also check your front wheel bearings. Make sure the dust shields are not too close to the rotors as well. And also inspect the control arm bushings to see if the are cracked or broken. If they are damaged replace control arm. This is what a damage bushing looks like on a control arm.
