I am not that sure what you are after here, do you have a engine check light on? and do you have a noise that you are concerned about? if so some more information if you can, some indication as to when you hear it and if you feel it is suspension, engine or drive line will also help.

No such message ever appears on the cluster like this unless you are being sarcastic about it? But if you do have a minor squeek while going over bumps or urning, then your front strut bumps are binding up causing it to make noise. You would need to remove the strut to replace. At this point, check to see if one or both of your front struts are leaking. If they are, replace them as well.
