2001 Volvo V40

Turbo charger is obviously not operating. The car is powerless.

If the turbine has seized up, then you will need to replace the turbo.

WAS THE ENGINE OIL CHANGED ON A REGULAR BASIS? CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE OIL, IF THE OIL IS CLEAN(LIGHT BROWN COLOR), YOUR CONDITION MAY NOT BE THE TURBO.
