2000 Volvo V40 How to replace fuel injector on 2000 v40?

What code is the check engine light posting? Is it a misfire code and what cylinder is it? Does the misfire go away after it warms up? If it does I would suspect a leaking headgasket. Remove all plugs and look inside the spark plug holes with a flash light. You will see the top of the pistons. They should have some carbon on them. If you see a nice clean shiny piston, then there is where the coolant is leaking at causing a misfire? Keep me posted and let me know about the code.

It is the third cylinder misfired. I removed the plug and saw some engine oil there, not coolant thought. Yes, after it warms up, then the problem goes away. I will try to clean the oil up and see what happen tomorrow.

Sounds like you could have a coolant leak from the headgasket. Remove all plugs and if you have a coolant pressure tester, put pressure to the cooling system and let it sit over night. Next morning if you have a bore scope, look inside and you will see the coolant.

The same problem: after starting the engine, the engine start rough, the light flash then on. I don't have the coolant pressure tester. I will look into it. If there is coolant leak, how to fix the leak?

I would not recommend it since it can also plug up your radiator or heater core. But if you feel this is your only option then make sure you read and follow the directions it gives you. Go over the directions before you start so that you have everything ready. Also do it when you know you wont really need the car like on a weekend so you can let it sit for about 24 to 48 hours.

I took the car to the shop to test the fuel line pressure and fuel injector. They told me the pressure is good ( I didn't ask what the pressure number) and the fuel injector is good. They couldn't tell what might cause the PO303 code. I asked them to swap the fuel injectors. They also said the Head Cylinder gasket is not blow yet, the cylinder pressure is also good. Is plug up your radiator or heater core can cause PO303?

No it wont. As for cylinder #3 misfiring, try this. This will be the cheapest to start with. Replace the ignition coil harness. Inside it is a capacitor that sometimes fails. Also make sure you have Volvo plugs installed. Usually if the capacitor is bad, you will get a misfire under load with the check engine light flashing. But if your misfire is only hapenning at cold start up and you have swapped the injector already, see if the misfire followed the injector. If it did you have a leaking injector and will need replacing. If it is still #3 cylinder misfiring, then trust me, you have a slow leak at the headgasket. Like I mentioned before, to check that you need to pressureize cooling system with the plugs out and let it seat overnight. The next day, go in with a bore camera and look inside on top of the piston for a milky residual. If you see that,then it is a leaking headgasket.
