The front passenger seat is as far forward as it will go and will not move back. The right side will move a little causing the seat to go crooked. My mechanic said the cable needed to be replaced. is there any way I can get the seat to move back enough to at least use it without having to pay the $150 repair?

If I could just get it partially back, then I could live with it.

Thank you.
