i had my tranny worked on and now the heat and air does not work. the lights for the heat and air on my console in the car are very dim and blinking. but they will not turn on the heat and air

You would need to have the climate control module scanned for codes and diagnosed at the dealership or a shop that is able to scan the climate control module.
