my transmission when codes p0751 & code p1618< i dont know what this is> are present will move but feels like it slips when i clear these codes the car drives right good strong shift points & performance till the codes show again ,,,,please help

P1618= Serial Peripheral Interface PCM Interprocessor Communication Error

you havent by anychance had any transmission work done on it have you?

You may have a bad gear shift selector switch, which is a fairly common problem. or a damaged ECU wiring harness or bad ECU which is very hard to find usually!

for the p0751 code you are best off having a trans shop look at your shift solenoids, they could be faulty due to the p1618 code or they could be causing it.
