Did you also check the timing mark on the crank? The only reason I ask is because that mark is very difficult to see and it would be easier to remove the harmonic balancer out of the way to get a better view. So make sure all 3 marks are aligned. Also check the oil level. The camshaft reset valve on top needs oill pressure to work properly. Also how frequently do you change your oil? If you do not do it regularly then the reset valve may have sludge inside it. For that you would need to replace the reset valve and gasket. The gasket has being changed now. It now has a filter screen on it to block out any debri. Good luck.
