1991 Volvo S80 right turn indicator won't turn off

Right turn indicator won't turn off. Restarting the engine does not work. Cruise control won't work lights won't work.

You will need to take it in to the dealer to properly diagnose. You could have a bad contact reel or steering wheel module?
