1999 Volvo S70 Window Not Working

My left rear window does not move up/down from the local switch and will only move down from the driver's switch. What is likely the problem? Is this something that could repair myself?

Does both rear windows not work with switch? You mave locked it with the master switch on driver side. If not sounds like the switch itself for that window is bad? Remove the door panel and make sure it is not unplugged? Try removing other side and plug that switch in to see if that will operate your window.
