1999 Volvo S70 Side Markers

1999 Volvo S70 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 145000 miles

My car has side markers just forward of the front doors. Neither one works. I have replaced the bulbs. I also checked to see if there is a fuse dedicated to this, but there doesn't appear so. Your help in figuring this out is greatly appreciated!
