Engine Performance problem
1999 Volvo S70 134000 miles

VEHICLE WILL CRANK & NOT START--HAS CODES CI 211(D+ SIGNAL MISSING) AND IMM 321. HAVE ALREADY CHECKED FOR POOR CONNECTIONS ACCORDING TO VOLVO TSB AND FOUND ALL TO BE OK THERE. HAVE EVEN HAD THE KEY REPLACED BY THE DEALER. ALSO HAS A NEW ANTENNA RING AS WELL.

When it cranks over does it have a pretty strong crank? C211 indicates there is no charging signal from the generator?
