1998 Volvo S70 info on rewireing radio to omit code

i removed battery , now the radio does not work would like to rewire
so iI DO NOT NEED A CODE

The radio locks out internally, and can not be rewired to bypass it. You could purchase an after market radio that does not have a theft system in it. The only other thing you can do is bring it to the dealer to unlock it. Remember to get the code when they pull it.

As the last poster states, the radio has the code embedded in the electronics, there is no way to by pass it,
