1998 Volvo S70 Flushing brake system

I need to replace my rear brake rotors and pads I'm trying to do it myself... Front brake pads were replaced not to long ago. Do I need to flush the brake system everytime new brake pads/ rotors get replaced?!

Its a good preventive maintenance if you do-but its not required when replacing parts but if its contaminated do so-
