1998 Volvo S70 Change of timing belt

How often are timing belt changes required. I previously had one at 70,000 in 2003 now I am at 130,000 is it time?

Factory recommneds 70,000 mile intervals so technically next change is 140,000. Make sure you change the tensioner, tensioner pulley, idler pulley, and probably water pump at this time too.
