2005 Volvo S60 Engine will not start

Worked fine yesterday, went out this morning and the security lights were on, clicker on keys to open doors would not work and engine would not turn over, also, beeping noise from engine (not real loud).
and radio would not work
Any idea's?

Have you tried using another key? Let me know if you are having the same problem with the other key as well? Also try this for me. Turn key to position 2 and let me know if you can operate the sunroof. If you can't then I will explain why I am asking you for this operation.
