2004 Volvo S60 Service memo

2004 Volvo S60 48000 miles

I need help getting the service memo to go away. I have tried putting the key in position2 and holding the mileage button until the beap, but the message does not go away. any ideas?

Put key in position one. Hold the trip button in. While holding the button turn key to position two and keep holding. Once the triangle starts flashing let go of the trip button and you are done.
