How do you install aserpentine belt on a2004 vo[vo S60 w/2.435 I think is a 5 cyl tried tha pattern you provided but I cant put it on way to tight

It is very tight and hard to install. What I do is slide it on the tensioner last since it is smoth you can slide it on. Route the beltlike the diagram shows leaving the tensioner part lat. Turn tensioner clockwise as far as you can and slide the belt on. Good luck and let me know if you got it.
