2002 Volvo S60 Dash panel

My dash panel guages work only periodically. What could this problem be? All fuses have been checked and none appear to be blown.

Is it all the gages that stop working? AWhat about the mileage display? Does that go away as well? When the the cluster comes back on are there any warning lights on like ABS or SRS lights?
