Driver's side seat belt will not release so you can pull it down to wear?

Hello

The retract system in the seat belt is probably defective. Being a safety item most of time the dealer is required by state law (depending on the state you are in) to repair for free.

I would contact the dealer for this to verify and repair.

Hello Also, it looks like you may have a recall on your vehicle. The dealer may fix this for free. Please contact the dealer service department, give them the VIN number of your car and have them check on this to see if it applies to you.
