Noises problem
2005 Volvo S40 All Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
Our S40 is now making a loud whining sound at idle. The radiator and grill were just replaced after hitting a tire on the road. Everything else seems normal. Any ideas what's wrong?

Does the noise gets louder when engine speed is increased?

Are the beltings ok?

Any of the pulleys out of alignment?
