2004 Volvo S40 The solenoid is knoking

I've change the solenoid but the the valve is still knoking like this trrrr.....pause....and again trrrr...
Computer diagnostic shows mistakes P0010 and P0011
What is the reason of such noise?

Is this the old style S-40 or the new body S-40 model? There was a change in mid 2004 and also what engine doyou have? Turbo or none turbo?
