I had my oil changed and the mechanic forgot to reset my service engine light. I don't want to go back to the dealer for another charge. Can I reset this light myself?

Hold down the odometer reset button, turn the igniton key to position 1 for 1-2 sec. Then, turn the key to position 2 still holding the button down. Wait for the service light to flash and release the button. It can be tricky. It may take a few times to get it.
