I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT WITH A NEW AIR FILTER REPLACED MY CAR IS SMOKING BLACK SMOKE MY TURBO SEEMS NOT TOBE KICKING AS WELL? FEW OIL PARTICALS IN HOSES.

was only the air filter changed? check to make sure the MAF or IAT sensor wasnt damaged in the process or there are any air/vaccum leaks around the air cleaner housing and its hoses causing the vheicle to get false readings and run wrong.
