I am getting the following codes: P1014, P507, and P0303. The coil for #3 cylinder was recently replaced no change on #3 misfire.

P1014 is a code for the camshaft being out of position on start up. 155k miles on this car have you done a timing belt on this yet? If not the belt could have jumped a tooth or two? Remove cover and verify that the crank and cam align to there marks. If not replace the belt, the tensioner, and roller. The incorrect timing will also cause a misfire so it may or may not be related to PO303? Also make sure you have Volvo plugs. Trust me on this if you have any other plug on here it will eventully cause a misfire. PO507 is for a high idle problem. Once again check your timing belt and fix that first and clear the light.
Good Luck.
