Car failed inspection first time, check engine light was on due to emission problem. Mechanic fixed it, all codes were clear, rode car 400 miles and went for re-inspection. Failed because computer was not ready. Re-inspected the car a total of 4 times having driven the car more than 2000 miles and still computer is not ready. What could be the problem? The car has 75000 miles. Thank you.
