How long should it take to replace and tune the passenger door glass? My insurance company says one hour, my Volvo dealer says four hours?

The way to deal with the insurance company is to ask them for the name of the company that will do it in one hour, This means whoever the tell you, will take what the insurance company is willing to pay. Dealership know it's an insurance replacement? It could take only an hour, but Volvo pays the flat rate of 4 hours for the job. I dont think either are right! It would end up in the middle 2-2.5 hour or so.
