This car is driving me crazy! It has no trouble codes, but it hesitates almost stalling when you accelerate. Sometimes popping like the old cars use to do when the timing was way off. What could it be? Can you point me in a good direction?

When was the last time it had a major tune-up?

Test the throttle position sensor and fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/pressure regulator/fuel pump
