I need to know the best way to remove the flywheel. The flywheel broke, the groves that hold the belts has fallen off and the base is still on the car.

Hi there,

I think you mean the harmonic balancer, this is the pulley at the front of the engine, to remove you will have to undo the crankshaft nut ( It used) and you will need a special puller to remover there will be 3 or 4 holes in the face of the pulley and the puller bolts here and the center bolt of the pulley pushes on the crankshaft , but you must be careful not to damage the crankshaft.
