SPEEDOMETER MAY BE HAVING AN INTERMITTENT SIGNAL ISSUE. THIS KIND OF CONDITION WOULD NEED TO BE INSPECTED WHEN THE CONDITION IS PRESENT TO PINPOINT THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM.
