My odometer won't progress, and I need to have it pass inspection. What can I do? What could the problem be?

ONCE THE ODOMETER QUITS TURNING, THE ODOMETER NEEDS REPLACEMENT. YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE IT REPLACED. YOU CAN EITHER GET A CODED UNIT OR NON-CODED.
