The car throws oil out the fill cap and the dip stick.

Ok have you done a compression test on the engine?

Whats the normal compression for these engines, 5 cylinder non turbo. Could it be anything in the oil breather system.

You could check the PCV valve and the breather system make sure it is clear and free flowing. As for compression do a compression test and tell me what you find and I will let you know if it is in spec at that time.
