Heater problem
1994 Volvo 850
Blower motor only runs on speed 4 which is on a separate fuse in good shape. Speeds 1-3 are on a different fuse, also in good shape, but won't turn the blower motor. I am guessing that means there is an issue with the wiring between the fuse and control panel or the panel and blower for speeds 1-3.
How do I determine where the issue might be???
