my volvo 740 is severly over fueling and was running rough but willnot start at all i have agood spark but there is so much fuel going into the cylinder head it seems to flood

Hi there,

I would start by pulling the spark plugs out and checking for one that is black & sooty, if so i would be suspecting a failed & leaking fuel injector. Start here.
