I have replaced plug wires,plugs, dist. cap rotor and fuel filter, It turns over but will not spark.

CHECK RELAYS, FUEL PUMP AND RADIO SUPPRESSION. IF ORIGINAL, THEN REPLACE THEM. THEN REINSPECT.
