1990 Volvo 240 Windshield Wipers

Windshield wipers will not operate on my girlfriend's 1990 240 DL - we've checked fuse associated with wipers (and I think two other components are on the same fuse and they are working).

Could it be the motor itself or the steering column-mounted wiper control switch (toggle stem type)? Please advise. Thanks.

Hello Russ

Was the fuse you checked Fuse 2, 16 amp and did you check it with an ohm meter to ensure it was good?

Put disconnect the connector and put 12v on the motor and ground and see if the motor runs
