1990 Volvo 240 No spark out of Coil

1990 Volvo 240

Getting ready to buy a 1990 240. Having trouble starting. I'm getting 12v to the coil but nothing coming out and there is no fuel smell. What can be the possible problems

1. Broken timing belt.
2. Crankshaft position sensor
3. Power transistor.
4. ECU
