I recently got a 1983 volvo 240. This car has not been started in 4 years; but was serviced regularly. The oil on the dipstick looks like new fresh oil; but I know it has been there for 4 years. What would you recommend me doing to the car to have the best chance of a successful resurrection for this car? I have never owned a Volvo before.

My initial starting point was new plugs, wires, fuel filter, oil filter, oil, fresh gas, air filter, distributor cab, rotor button. Am I missing something that is vital?
