Voltage input above acceptable level?

I guess i need to change this part out transmission fluid temperature sensor, where is this located? Inside valve body? code 37 appears on key retrieval.

Hi,

The transmission temperature sensor is located in the transmission cooler outlet line, next to the transmission. See pic 1 below.

Pic 2 are the directions for replacement.

As far as the code, 37, are you certain that is what you are getting? According to my manual, which is a code for the A/C clutch, or the partial throttle unlock.

Hi Joe,

Nope Its different the last 8 digits of my VIN are SS362225. There seems to be the connector there but no sensor. I'm stumped. Sincerely, Ollie

I did the key turn code retrieval method codes 37 and 24 flashed.

Obdi code. Retrieval were dtc45 dtc24 Thanks Joe I just don't want to drive it if they will harm the motor or transmission.

Hi,

Is the 37 no longer indicated? I attached two pics below of the code definitions.

Code 45 is related to the overdrive solenoid and 24 is related to the throttle position sensor. Also, I did find that the code 37 can be related to the torque converter clutch solenoid or the transmission temperature sensor.

Let me know if 37 is gone and let me know what exactly happens when you drive it.
