Voltage codes all lights on and the thunder light?

Had someone teat drive the car then when he came back all was good and he parked it reverse. He left then i went to move the car and when i started it , it was just revving up and down with all lights on and the thunder light. Checked codes and cleared it and drove it home fine

The lightning-bolt symbol is the Electronic Throttle Control warning light.

P0659 — Actuator Supply Voltage “A” Circuit High

I would service the throttle body and then clear the codes, this guide can help
