Electrical problem
2004 Volkswagen Touran TDI 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

Radiator Fan continues to work after the car stops for more an hour. Can you please advise what might be the problem. Is it a problem with the switch?

it can be a lot of problems, answer a few questions to help me out:
1. Is it running hot? I mean hotter than normal?
2. Do you smell coolant?
3. Are you running the air conditioner when the malfunction occurs?
your vehicle has two coolant fan control modules they are both located on the radiator by the two fans, one in the center, the other one on the right side of the radiator fans, check those make sure they are not excessively hot. Let me know.
