2001 Volkswagen TDI tell me what to do

i am owning jetta 4 1.9 tdi ,i took my car to engine overrol/took cylinder head to engineers for skiming.new bearing,new rings top casket/new bolt,but the problem is the timing cover from the engine pul keep on breaking the timing cover.and the car have no power/what should i do to fix it?

I think I know what's going on, but you are going to have to repost your question and be more specific and not so many abbreviations
