You will need an oil filter wrench, you will need to go buy you some diesel in a can, and you will need a new filter, once you have the old one off, fill the new filter with clean diesel, and make sure it's for all the way to the top, when starting keep the RPMs at about 1500 for a minute or two so you don't get any air in the injection.
