1986 Volkswagen Scirocco Front Wheel Drive Manual

my car does not accelerate over 2rpm with the gas pedal to the floor. what is wrong?

most likely it's the throttle controls switch those are the two micro switches that are activated by the throttle you can see them mounted on the throttle body check those for continuity
