Noises problem
2007 Volkswagen Rabbit Front Wheel Drive Automatic 21500 miles

Hi,

I had a question about this noise that I just heard from my rear driver side wheel area. It sounds like a rubbing or maybe a slight grind, but it isn't constant, like something is just touching in a certain spot, and only makes the sound once every rotation. I figured it could either be my brake pad touching, but I'm really not sure, as I just bought the car today.

Any help would be great.

Thank you,

Chris

Sorry for the late response I've been busy in the complaint department, it could be two things ether the emergency brake is not releasing on that wheel or you have a bad bearing, jack up the rear of the car spin the tire and tell me what you hear also moved tire back and forth and see if there's any play in the bearing
